Key Responsibilities
- Configure SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Time, Personnel Admin) in S4HANA
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues; perform root cause analysis
- Support BAU team and end-users, offering guidance and training
- Communicate technical info to non-technical stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records of changes and resolutions
- 5+ years’ experience with NZ payroll in SAP HCM
- Strong configuration skills in SAP HCM on S4HANA
- Proven incident management and debugging abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
