We're seeking Booking Modality Specialists to join our dedicated team and play a key role in coordinating imaging appointments, ensuring smooth workflows, and delivering outstanding service to our patients and referring clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule appointments across multiple imaging modalities (MRI, CT, Ultrasound, etc.)
• Liaise with referrers and clinical teams to ensure appropriate modality bookings and clinical triaging
• Provide accurate and empathetic communication to patients, tailoring information based on procedure requirements
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of modality protocols, appointment durations, and equipment availability
• Work collaboratively with radiologists, technicians, and admin staff to ensure optimal patient flow
• Handle patient queries with professionalism and care, maintaining a high standard of customer service

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Experience in medical booking or radiology scheduling (preferred but not essential)
• Strong knowledge or interest in radiology modalities
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with RIS/PACS systems (advantageous)
• A compassionate and professional approach to patient service
