Associate / Senior Associate

A fantastic opportunity to join a boutique law firm as a commercial litigation lawyer with excellent benefits.

Our client is specialist commercial litigation and construction litigation firm looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their growing team. The firm is currently involved in a number of large class actions and the role would work alongside a team of supportive Partners and Solicitors.

The firm offers above market salaries, working from home 2 days a week, biannual bonuses and brand new offices with excellent gym & pool facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal analysis to support case strategy and client objectives
• Draft legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, and settlement agreements
• Work on and appear in District and High Court litigation matters, adjudications, arbitrations, mediations, and complex trials
• Provide support and mentoring to junior lawyers within the litigation team
  
  

To Be Successful In The Role You Will Have

• At least 5 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal analysis skills
• Excellent drafting skills for various legal documents
• Experience in District and High Court litigation matters
• Ability to mentor junior lawyers
