What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving the successful implementation of insurance product initiatives, working closely with both our internal teams and AA Insurance.
You’ll be aligning internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure our insurance products meet both customer needs and business goals. You'll be focused on unlocking opportunities within the AA ecosystem, driving initiatives that support acquisition, retention, and overall performance across channels. You'll also play a hands-on role in executing marketing and channel activity that brings our product strategies to life.
Key Responsibilities Include
You’re an experienced product professional with a background in direct to consumer general insurance, and you understand how to work across complex stakeholder environments to deliver results. You’re collaborative, proactive, and can keep momentum going between multiple teams and partners.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Be the internal owner and enabler of success for AAI
- Drive the implementation of product initiatives and campaigns across the AA.
- Align internal teams and AAI to deliver shared objectives and strong customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with the AA Insurance team to deliver marketing and communication plans that drive acquisition and retention.
- Work with our centre network and channel teams to grow awareness, usage, and revenue across customer touchpoints.
- Support the delivery of the annual business plan, ensuring product, marketing, and partner activities align to performance goals.
- Identify and act on opportunities within the AA environment to enhance product impact.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence.
- Experience working with or across partnership models or joint ventures
- Strong commercial awareness and focus on outcomes
- A delivery mindset, with solid planning and follow-through
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with attention to detail
