Sales Support Representative – Outbound calls

In this outbound phone based role, you will focus on proactively calling our existing business customers to gain new leads from our promotional activity in order to optimise sales. Support customers, answering their queries and making sure they are set up to have a great OfficeMax experience!

Key Responsibilities Include

• Proactively call customers identified by the business for campaigns
• Answer customer queries including price queries and the online ordering process
• Build sales strategies (with support of your team leader) to best approach customers
• Update information in our Salesforce CRM

• Previous call centre/customer service experience in a similar role would be beneficial
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel), Salesforce and Pronto
