We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to Managing Director & Operations Lead for New Zealand! You will provide effective and efficient operational support for the MD and wider NZ business.
- High-level executive support to the MD of New Zealand, ensuring optimal time management and organisational efficiency
- Execute strategic communications on behalf of the MD, ensuring appropriate stakeholder consultation and obtaining necessary approvals before distribution
- Champion and leverage JLL's technology platforms to maximise productivity and establish best practices for the wider support team, providing operational leadership to the wider support team
- Drive alignment with Australian operations practices and replicate in NZ as appropriate
- Manage administrative functions including calendar management, document preparation and execution, expense processing, and travel arrangements for the MD and NZLT as required for cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate and maintain a centralised NZ Events Calendar, working with the wider LT and support teams to ensure successful delivery of client and internal events on time and within budget parameters

- Ability to take on true executive assistant-style challenges and tasks, which would involve quick thinking, problem solving and influencing both internally and externally
- Be highly organised and can manage competing demands and changing priorities within stringent timelines
- Awareness and ability to hand highly sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Proven ability to deal with multiple stakeholders (internal or external)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly developed communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar administrative role, an added plus would be experience within a commercial real estate, financial services, professional services or legal environment
