The Opportunity
We are seeking a compassionate and organised Life/Death Claims Manager to join our New Zealand team at Resolution Life. In this role, you'll manage a portfolio of death claims, guiding families through the claims process with empathy and professionalism. You'll be the first point of contact for customers during a difficult time, providing clear communication, holistic case management, and proactive support to ensure a smooth and respectful experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in life insurance, especially if you have experience in Life Claims - lump sum or income protection experience is a bonus. You'll be responsible for claim staking, preparing recommendations for approval, and liaising with members, beneficiaries, and solicitors. Your ability to handle sensitive conversations with care, while staying organised and detail-focused, will be key to your success.
