- Partner with the Head of Streaming and collaborate across editorial, visual, and studio teams to produce high-impact video journalism.
- Lead the charge on breaking news, while also planning stories with depth and insight — from political developments to entertainment scoops.
- Curate a mix of live and pre-recorded content that reflects the interests of a broad digital audience.
- Set up and produce interviews, guide presenters, script video segments and maintain top-tier editorial standards.
- Work quickly, calmly and cleverly in fast-paced situations — ensuring both the immediate stream and upcoming segments are running smoothly.
- Use your creative vision and strategic mindset to continuously elevate the show’s tone, pacing and viewer engagement.
- Coach junior team members, helping raise newsroom capability and storytelling craft across the board.
- A digital-native journalist with senior newsroom experience and a proven track record in video production.
- A confident communicator with strong editorial judgement and an understanding of media law and ethics.
- Adept at working in complex, high-pressure environments where multitasking, prioritising and adaptability are key.
