About The Role

We're looking for a skilled and motivated HR Business Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality P&C support across the business.Reporting to the Director of HR Operations, you will provide end-to-end HR advice and services, supporting everything from day-to-day operational matters to the delivery of strategic initiatives. About the Team/Service/ Location

You will be part of a supportive and collaborative People and Culture team, where partnership is at the heart of how we work. In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees across your assigned portfolios to understand their HR needs, provide practical guidance, and help them navigate both everyday matters and bigger strategic initiatives. Whether it's supporting the implementation of new policies, contributing to change and transformation programmes, or managing employee relations, you'll play an active role in enabling positive outcomes for both people and the organisation. You will also work alongside a wider team of experienced People Partners and subject matter experts across the People and Culture function - sharing knowledge, collaborating on best practice, and ensuring we deliver a seamless, flexible, and high-value HR service. You are a people-focused HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, working collaboratively, and finding practical solutions that make a real difference. With a solid foundation in generalist HR, you are confident navigating a busy workload and contributing to meaningful outcomes. You enjoy variety in your day, you're comfortable working with change, and you're always keen to learn and grow.

  • A sound knowledge of New Zealand employment and Health and Safety legislation
