Reporting to the Business Applications Manager, the ERP Functional Specialist plays a key role in delivering, supporting, and optimising our new ERP ecosystem – specifically, ensuring our deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) is done expertly, with minimal disruption, and following best practices.
This role acts as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions and improvements. You’ll provide expert system support, configure and optimise modules, assist in low-code customisations, and help deliver training and change that drives engagement and adoption.

You’ll provide expert system support, configure and optimise modules, assist in low-code customisations, and help deliver training and change that drives engagement and adoption.
This Role Will
- Provide frontline functional support for D365 F&O, resolving issues and guiding enhancements
- Configure ERP system modules (e.g. GL, AP/AR, Procurement, Projects, Fixed Assets, Inventory)
- Collaborate with developers on customisations and data integration
- Contribute to ERP projects, testing, release management and end-user training
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the Transformation & Technology team

We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O
- Experience supporting or implementing ERP solutions
- Solid understanding of ERP modules and configuration
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate) a bonus
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) and Azure DevOps an advantage
