About the role
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Creative Lead to join OMD Content - our social and content agency
The ideal candidate will have a broad range of creative experience, with a strong emphasis on social first strategies. You will spearhead the development of creative content for our key clients, turning briefs and visions into successful campaigns. This role primarily focuses on social media content creation, including ideation and production, while also encompassing broader creative understanding across multiple media platforms
Skills & Experience
- Min' 2+ years experience as a Senior Creative/Content Creator
- Portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and innovative social content.
- Able to lead client briefs from concept to execution and delivery.
- Experience in photographic/video content creation.
- Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in concepting and executing social creative.
- Proven experience in creative leadership, particularly within social media content creation.
- Exceptional understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Demonstrated confidence in presenting and advocating for creative ideas.
- Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing project dynamics and client needs.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on achieving collective success.
- An understanding of consumer behaviour across different sectors.
