The Role
We're seeking an experienced Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and marketing initiatives across our diverse product lines and services. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the brand identity of a multi-faceted company that touches every aspect of the cafe and hospitality experience.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies across our hospitality, coffee, dairy, and training divisions
Manage brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Lead marketing campaigns and promotional activities for multiple product lines
Collaborate with operations teams to align brand strategy with service delivery
Oversee digital marketing initiatives and social media presence
Analyse market trends and competitor activities in the hospitality and food service sectors
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors
Monitor brand performance metrics and ROI across all divisions
Support business development efforts through strategic brand positioning
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on brand management experience
Proven track record in hospitality, food service, or related consumer-facing industries
Strong understanding of the coffee and cafe industry landscape
Experience managing multiple product lines or service offerings
Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills with experience in brand performance measurement
Preferred Experience:
Background in hospitality operations or food service management
Experience with staff training and development programs
Knowledge of dairy or coffee product marketing
B2B marketing experience, particularly in outsourcing or service provision
Digital marketing expertise including social media management
Experience working with franchise or multi-location operations
