You will be responsible for end-to-end brand leadership, including portfolio strategy, campaign development, market activations, and innovation execution. We are looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially-savvy Brand Manager to join a high-performing marketing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end brand leadership, including portfolio strategy, campaign development, market activations, and innovation execution. This is a role for a brand storyteller who thrives on crafting compelling consumer experiences and activating them with excellence across channels.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the marketing strategy and execution for a strong portfolio of local and global water brands
- Collaborate with commercial teams and external partners to drive performance and implement campaigns that resonate with local consumers and shoppers
- Champion brand campaigns from strategy through to localisation and in-market amplification across ATL, BTL, POS, and experiential marketing
- Partner closely with agency teams to transcreate global IMX campaigns into powerful local executions
- Align with bottlers and franchise teams to deliver on portfolio priorities, innovation pipelines, and category strategies
- Develop and manage region-specific consumer and shopper engagement strategies
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support customer marketing efforts through tailored solutions for key accounts
- 8–10 years of progressive marketing and leadership experience
- Strong expertise in brand building, creative development, media planning, and marketing activation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional and cross-geographical teams with a focus on executional excellence
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking with experience influencing senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in developing locally relevant brand strategies and campaigns
- A collaborative, agile, and growth-focused mindset, with the ability to simplify complexity and lead through ambiguity
