Job Description
We help organisations navigate digital change, regardless of what stage they are on in their digital journey. This spans the full spectrum of digital advice and execution, from helping clients with the fundamental building blocks to embark on digital transformation, through to helping them achieve the big aspirational goals in their digital plans.
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations. You will be expected to;

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Salesforce Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative solutions for complex, large-scale Salesforce implementations. You will be expected to;
- Assist in large-scale Salesforce implementations, including developing customised solutions, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow and integrating Salesforce with other systems.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality.
- Lead and mentor junior Salesforce developers, enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and develop solutions for technical and delivery improvements to drive efficiencies and improve outcomes for customers.
- Support prompt and complete resolution of incidents related to critical production systems.
- Build an understanding of our customer’s existing solutions and support the development of their future roadmap.
Enough about us, let's talk about you, you have:
- Advanced knowledge and experience building Salesforce solutions and broader cloud technology domains within large organisations.
- Experience working in product centred teams providing continuous delivery and support to business-critical external facing applications.
- Ability to analyse complex requirements and processes to create technical design documents.
- 8+ years of Apex development, Visualforce and/or Lightning Components.
- Front end experience with CSS, JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks
- Sound understanding of modern development practices such as Git and CI/CD solutions, and solid unit testing experience
- Understanding of all SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Proven experience in driving efficiencies and improving outputs in large-scale operational environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential, with an ability to understand customer business objectives, issues and provide innovative solutions to client problems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, structured problem-solving skills, and a strong result driven focus
- Fluent to native level English language skills is a must, both written and spoken
- Proven ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Experience working in health, Not-for-Profit, or government organisations.
- Salesforce certifications required.
- Salesforce Developer (Platform I and II)
- OmniStudio Developer & Consultant
- Salesforce certifications preferred.
- Industry Cloud certifications (one of Health, PSS and FSC ideally)
- AI & Data Cloud certs
