Our Business Advisory team is looking for a Business Support Administrator/PA to join our Wellington team!
The Team You’ll Join
Based in the heart of Wellington in enviable offices we enjoy a fast-paced work environment. You’ll be working with the leadership team in our Business Advisory service line, supporting the wider team along with working closely with our national admin team (four in Wellington) - this is your chance to be a key part of our success in a sociable, collegial, and supportive business unit.

Job Description
The impact you’ll make:
- Client administration across our internal systems
- Dealing proactively with incoming correspondence/enquiries and responding as appropriate.
- Assisting with client event coordination and leading internal functions
- Producing and formatting high quality complex documents.
- Supporting the onboarding of new team members
- Developing and maintaining effective and efficient office systems.
Your expertise:
- A professional and personable character
- 1-2 years administration experience
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Strong organisational skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and attention to detail
- Exercise confidentiality, discretion and personal sensitivity in all aspects of the role.
- Ability to build a network of strong working relationships both internally and externally.
