About the role

Working alongside Kerry O'Donnell and Robert Huse, you will be exposed to a wide variety of interesting and complex work including land acquisitions and sales, joint venture development deals, negotiating contract terms, facilitating the titling and sales process for property developments, as well as working across commercial leasing, subdivisions, complex property development, Overseas Investment Office advice, and tourism industry-related property matters.

What you will bring

We are looking for a Commercial Property Lawyer with at least 5+ years' experience. You’ll thrive tackling the unique legal matters that the Queenstown region offers in a role where two days are never the same. You will value working collaboratively and bring strong expertise and confidence to your practice.
