As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Experience Lead to join our team at the AA, in a pivotal role focused on championing and shaping an exceptional employee journey from start to finish
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
This position will see you shape and drive a seamless, people-focused journey across the AA, enhancing every stage of the employee lifecycle from attraction to offboarding. This role leads the development and implementation of our employee experience strategy aligning this with business needs while integrating people programs and technologies across the organisation. You’ll apply design thinking and data-driven insights to identify key moments that matter, create impactful initiatives, and measure their effectiveness through ongoing analysis and feedback. As well as working with key stakeholders across the employee lifecycle you will have primary responsibility for leading Wellbeing, Engagement and DEI initiatives across the business. As a thought leader, you’ll stay ahead of industry trends, champion continuous improvement, and act as a guardian of our EVP and employer brand. You'll also play a key leadership role while building strong internal and external partnerships to keep our approach current, connected, and impactful
About You | Mōu
To be successful as the Employee Experience Lead, you’ll bring senior-level experience in HR, Organisational Development, or employee experience, along with a strong track record of designing and implementing innovative, data-driven strategies in DEI, Wellbeing and Engagement. You will be experienced at using design thinking, with the ability to translate organisational goals into impactful employee experience initiatives. A strategic thinker with excellent analytical and influencing skills, you’ll build strong relationships across internal teams—including Safety, People & Culture, Sustainability, Technology, and Internal Communications—as well as with external consultants and networks. Your leadership, collaboration, and passion for continuous improvement will be key to driving meaningful change across the employee journey
