Ko tō tūranga – your role
We are looking for a strategic and organised leader to join our Omni Channel Experience team in the role of Strategic Programme & Planning Lead. This role is key to driving the successful design, planning, and delivery of transformation programmes that support our omni-channel strategy.
You will be responsible for building business cases, managing delivery plans, and ensuring all initiatives are prioritised and aligned with business goals. Working across Consumer & Business channels, you'll provide clarity on the delivery pipeline and ensure milestones and outcomes are clearly defined. This role also plays a vital part in shaping team objectives, planning, and budget setting.

Ko tō tūranga – your role

Ko Tō Mahi – What You’ll Do
- Support the design and delivery of the channel transformation programme, including leading the team delivering these programmes
- Support the design and delivery of the channel transformation programme
- Oversee the integrated business plan and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Consult on and support the development of strategic business cases
- Provide a programme framework based on best practice for project setup and delivery
- Manage governance, planning, reporting, and the critical path to keep stakeholders informed
- Monitor and manage risks, issues, and change to agreed standards
- Build strong cross-functional and channel relationships to influence successful outcomes
- Engage and influence stakeholders to gain buy-in and maintain momentum
- Identify opportunities to optimise channels for improved customer experience and efficiency
- Monitor and track delivery of key outcomes including NPS, TNPS, cost to serve, and eNPS
- Ensure benefits are measured, tracked, and realised across programmes
- Experience leading transformational programmes, ideally in operational environments focused on customer experience and ways of working
- Strong commercial acumen and confident decision-making skills
- Effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence across all levels
- Proven track record of delivering cross-functional programmes on time and within budget using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Skilled in building business case presentations for executive approval
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative and outcome-focused approach
- Ability to translate strategy into practical solutions that drive innovation and improved customer experience
