About the role:
We’re on the lookout for a practical, hands-on Plant Maintenance Engineer to keep our production equipment, utilise and site infrastructure running smoothly. You’ll be the go-to for maintaining equipment reliability and helping reduce downtime. This is critical role in keeping everything moving effectively and safely. From freeze dryers to HVAC to water systems and compressed air, you’ll be working across variety of systems and helping us continuously improve the way we do things. You’ll also be responsible for –
- Leading routine and preventive maintenance on productions equipment and site utilises
- Jumping in and when things breakdown
- Working with contractors and service providers to support maintenance and upgrades
- Making sure all maintenance tasks are logged and tracked properly in our CMMS (we use MaintainX)
- Supporting equipment installations and plant improvements Staying on top of safety and compliance requirements
About you:
You have mechanical or related engineer qualifications. You have previous hands-on experience with production or utilities equipment. You bring strong mechanical aptitude with control system knowledge. You are comfortable reading mechanical and electric diagrams. Previous experience working with CMMS software. A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
