Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

As part of the In Room Dining team, you'll be required to provide fantastic and timely service to fulfill our hotel guests dining requirements, look after phone enquiries and orders, along with delivering In-Room Dining orders to our hotel guests. Our In Room Dining team also provide catering for in-house SkyCity events and meetings too.

Mōu | About You

You'll likely be someone with a friendly and welcoming nature who has a positive attitude to help make our guests feel at home. This is a fast paced role so you must be quick on your feet and able to juggle many tasks at once. Previous customer service experience is required and strong communication skills.
