Senior Designer - OneRoof

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Graphic Designer to champion the creative direction of OneRoof. From digital campaigns to stunning outdoor visuals and slick email designs, your work will shape how Kiwis see, feel and connect with our brand. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced marketing team, you'll help grow brand awareness, boost audience engagement and make a serious impact in the property space.

HOW YOU’LL DO IT:

You’ll respond to creative briefs with flair and precision, crafting compelling designs across all platforms – print, digital, social, email, outdoor and the OneRoof website. Partnering closely with the Brand and Sales teams, you’ll turn strategic goals into beautifully executed visual assets that raise our profile and drive results. You’ll monitor design trends, keep our visual voice consistent, and help evolve how OneRoof is perceived by consumers and real estate professionals alike.

On any given day, you’ll:

• Design and deliver eye-catching marketing campaigns across multiple media channels
• Ensure every asset aligns with our brand identity
• Proactively contribute ideas to evolve our creative output
• Collaborate with teams to bring marketing and trade campaigns to life
• Champion effective communication, positive relationships and timely project delivery

ABOUT YOU:

You’re a highly creative and experienced designer with at least 5 years in the game. You’ve led major brand and campaign work, and you’re just as comfortable ideating as you are executing. You love diving into the details yet always keep the big picture in mind. A confident presenter with a killer portfolio, you’ll bring:

• A Graphic Design or similar qualification
• Strong skills in Adobe CC, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Google Web Designer and HTML5
• Experience across all media formats, or you’ll have no trouble picking these formats up quickly!
• A conceptual thinker with great storytelling skills
• Self-starting energy, organisational superpowers and a solutions-first mindset
• A positive, collaborative attitude and a deep passion for design
