Your Role:

Design: Produce high-quality, detailed designs that leave no questions unanswered.

Lead: Guide and develop junior engineers and lead technical discussions with clients to determine the optimal solution to meet their needs.

Deliver: Ensure successful project outcomes on time and within budget.

Contribute: Actively contribute to successful project inputs, monitoring, and outcomes.

Develop: Protection standards/philosophies for clients and internal use.

We are seeking people who are from the Primary Systems and Secondary Systems background, within substations.

What You’ll Bring:

• Extensive experience (ideally 12+ years) in HV substation design — Primary or Secondary systems
• Consultancy or utility experience developing protection schemes, settings, relay configuration files, and reports
• Ability to technically lead projects and mentor junior engineers
• Proficiency in tools such as DIgSILENT, SINCAL, or similar
• Relevant engineering qualification
• Strong communication and client engagement skills
