Role description

We are looking for a seasoned Integration Developer with strong full stack development experience, particularly in .NET and C#, to join our Technology team and support one of our major banking clients. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact, enterprise-scale projects that involve modern integration patterns, event streaming, and secure backend development.

You’ll be part of a collaborative and agile team focused on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable integration solutions for complex financial services environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end integration solutions using .NET and C#.

• Work on event-driven architecture and real-time data streaming using Kafka.

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.

• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Deliver secure, high-performance backend APIs and services that align with banking compliance and performance standards.

• Support integration testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring of applications.

• Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong experience as a full stack developer with core expertise in .NET and C#.

• Hands-on experience working with Apache Kafka in a production environment.

• Solid background in enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and event-driven systems.

• Experience working within banking or financial services environments, with understanding of relevant security and compliance practices.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is advantageous.

• Any exposure to Salesforce or nCino is a bonus but not required.
