What You'll Do:

  • Design, build, and implement automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective automation solutions within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation.
  • Integrate Microsoft Office applications with Power Automate solutions to optimise productivity and ensure seamless user experiences for stakeholders.
  • Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with project goals and timely delivery of milestones.
  • Work under the guidance of product leads, taking direction while contributing ideas that foster continuous improvement within the team.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to automation workflows, identifying root causes quickly and implementing robust solutions that minimise downtime.
  • Leverage your understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure to design scalable automations that align with best practices in security and performance.
  • Utilise Python scripting and SQL queries where necessary to extend automation capabilities or integrate with external systems as required by project objectives.
