Mō Tēnei Tūranga Mahi / The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven Vocational/Tertiary sales individual who can innovate, motivate, and achieve domestic student recruitment goals. This role will see you reach out to our current and new portfolio of high schools and community partners to discuss tertiary pathway programmes offered here at NZSE.
This busy sales role focuses on cultivating strong connections with external stakeholders - course advisors and teachers at schools, industry, and the community, serving as the primary liaison.
Its primary objective is to enhance the visibility of NZSE programmes, driving enrolment, retention, and successful graduate outcomes. Additionally, it aims to meet targets for pathways, STAR and Gateway programs.
Key Tasks Include

- Provide advice and place qualified learners into NZSE programmes
- Build strong industry connections (schools, agencies, marae's and community) – B2B sales and New Business Development
- Achieve enrolment targets
- Conducting appointments with prospective external agencies and stakeholders ( schools and communities)
- Qualifying lead enquiries through our CRM - Zoho
- Run event, expos and presentations
- Strong sales experience with a proven record to achieve sales targets
- NZ Vocational/ Tertiary industry experience
- Education/student recruitment industry experience
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Te Reo is desired.
- Possess the ability to handle the pressure of having more than one thing on the go at any one time
- Salary + commission + phone + laptop
- Work at any of our Auckland campus + campus car available for business use
