The Opportunity

We're seeking for a talented IT Support Engineer to join our Auckland team and deliver frontline IT support across the Goodman Fielder business.

You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of hardware, collaboration tools, and systems in a dynamic, people-first environment.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support for end-user systems (Windows, Office 365, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Install, maintain, and refresh desktop/laptop devices
  • Manage service desk requests, walk-ups, and remote troubleshooting
  • Support IT needs for site visits, projects, and office relocations
  • Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration tech are functioning seamlessly
  • Work on site in our Nelson Street office

What You'll Bring

  • Prior experience in IT support or service desk roles is desirable
  • Experience troubleshooting across hardware, software, and networks
  • Working knowledge of Office 365, Workspace One, and AV tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
