The Customer Operations Specialist will work closely with our non-clinical team on all aspects of onboarding new patients and managing non-patient facing administrative tasks. This role will report to our Customer Delivery Lead.

- Processing new and acquired patient enrolments each day, with the aim of having all new patients enrolled by the last day of each month.
- Learn the roster management process in order to act as support for all roster management tasks.
- Filing of patients results in our ticketing system into our PMS.
- Closely engage with the teams channels, taking action on items as they come in.
- Complete tasks as they come in.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare or related field
- Meticulous when it comes to administrative tasks, with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong administrative skills, including experience with patient record management or similar processes.
- Comfortable navigating a range of systems and platforms (experience with practice management systems is a bonus
- Analytical thinker who can exercise sound judgement and make informed decisions.
