Your role

As a Salesforce UX Designer, you will work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our large enterprise clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements.

You will play a key role in:

• Discovery and design sessions to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• The configuration of Salesforce and OmniStudio components
• Learning and applying Salesforce best practices, contributing to solution design and continuous improvement
  
  

Your profile

• Salesforce consulting experience, with a strong focus on functional design and client engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce OmniStudio
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions
