The role
Working as a trusted business partner, you will proactively identify solutions that enable productivity gains and positive business outcomes for our people and their clients, and your passion and commitment to the end user experience will enable us to grow as one team. If required, we will provide training on the more technical aspects of the role, and you will bring your enthusiasm and passion for helping people to work efficiently and collaboratively.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop, implement and deliver training that enhances productivity through effective use of technology within the firm.
- Bring fresh ideas that help the capability of our people grow.
- Upskill our people to use firm-specific software and general productivity tools, ensuring a high level of digital literacy across the firm.
- Regularly evaluate and provide recommendions on new technology or upgrades that will enhance efficiency.
- Help our people through support and troubleshooting for on our systems
- Partner with our various teams to tailor technology solutions to meet the unique needs of each team and the firm.

- Expert knowledge of Document Management Systems and Practice Management Systems.
- Expert in Office 365 applications and AI applications in a legal context.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- High levels of initiative and the ability to work both independently and in teams.
- Passionate about technology and training and its applications in improving productivity.
