About the organisation
Rotorcraft 2017 Ltd is a Helicopter Maintenance facility based at Hamilton Airport, providing specialist maintenance, modification, spares and advice for private and commercial helicopter owners to ensure they get the most out of their asset.
With a high level of experience and expertise amongst the team, they take pride in their work, ensuring their full attention to safety and airworthiness. Proudly locally owned and operated.
About the role
This is not your usual support role! You will play a vital part in the smooth running of the wider business operations. Key duties and responsibilities include;
- Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors to site – whether it be helicopter owners, operators or the local courier your delivery will be second to none.
- Receiving inventory, inspecting and verifying parts, entering critical data into the system, producing labels and ensuring all stock items are safely stored.
- Processing invoices, ensuring the timely data entry of timesheets.
- The accurate inputting of unique serial numbers and identifiers into dedicated database systems.
- Providing general support to the team through the purchasing of consumables, fleet administration and H&S requirements.
About you
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a support role with experience across a broad range of administration and customer support activities.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to build trust and collaboration.
- Able to work autonomously and adjust to changing priorities; willing to roll sleeves up.
- Strong systems and IT skills.
- A full driver licence.
