About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Engineer - Process Development to assist with the development and commercialisation of our new medical devices. In this role, you will collaborate across multiple teams to drive development of manufacturing equipment and processes for new product innovations. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare innovation, thrives in a changing environment. You'll also be doing the following -
- Driving manufacturing process development from new concept design through to validation and commercialisation.
- Generating process risk management (pFMEA) and design controls (pTM) documentation for new products.
- Developing pilot processes and test methods, generate feasibility data. Collaborating across departments to ensure new medical products comply with relevant standards and requirements
About you:
- Ideally you bring some experience working within the medical device industry or similar relevant industry
- An understanding of the entire product lifecycle and workflow from concept to production
- Familiarity with 3D modelling software such as SOLIDWORKS, Rhino 3D, CREO or similar CAD software.
- Strong technical writing or communication skills whether through documentation, design specs or similar
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly. An Innovative and creative mindset
