THE OPPORTUNITY

Are you a natural problem-solver with a passion for technology and continuous improvement? We’re looking for a savvy Business Analyst to join our high-performing team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the charge in identifying, designing, and implementing smarter processes that enhance efficiency, harness automation, and deliver tangible value across the business

From AI integration to system re-engineering, your influence will be felt across projects, platforms, and performance.

How You’ll Do It

  • Analyse current state processes and design future state solutions that drive automation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and align on priorities.
  • Create detailed process maps and documentation to guide improvement initiatives.
  • Use data and analytics to uncover insights, support change, and improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Lead projects from design through to implementation and testing, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Stay ahead of tech trends – particularly in AI and automation – to bring fresh, effective solutions to the table.

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a systems-focused analytical role.
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills, with a knack for translating complex data into clear insight.
  • Proficiency with SQL, SharePoint, and a keen understanding of financial and operational systems.
  • A confident communicator and collaborator, experienced in engaging stakeholders and managing vendors.
  • Bonus points for experience using AI tools to automate or enhance business functions.
