The Role
You will be involved in all aspects of design leading civil projects, managing client relationships, reviewing design work, and collaborating with their civil engineering design team across projects.

The Role

Your Responsibilities Will Include
Review & contribute to design work for land development and residential, commercial and industrial buildings, including site planning, roading, drainage, stormwater management, and utilities design.
- Supervise and help mentor junior staff, providing guidance and support to the design team.
- Hands on efficiency in civil modelling work is essential using Civil 3D for underground services design across projects.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure that project requirements are met and to resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, and report on project progress to senior management.
