In this top-tier corporate team, you will engage with clients directly providing advice on a breadth of domestic and cross border transactions, in particular, mergers and acquisitions. You will have the support of multiple partners too.

Depending on your skillset and areas of interest, you could be involved in the following areas as well:

• Commercial contracting including technology contracts
• Corporate governance
• Securities and investments
• Capital markets
• Foreign investment
• Private equity
• Capital raisings

What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu

• 4-10 years of post-admission experience including mergers and acquisitions experience
• Natural at building rapport with clients
• Mentoring skills
• A self-starter that is able to collaborate with the team and work independently as required
• Mentoring and coaching skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
