We're looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with a proactive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a knack for problem-solving. This hands-on role offers great variety — from providing face-to-face tech support and building or configuring machines, to assisting with hardware setup and contributing to exciting tech projects.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Sound knowledge on how systems and applications work within Kiwibank
• In-depth knowledge of M365, AD/AAD, Intune and ConfigMgr
• Familiar with video conferencing system
• Relevant qualification in Information Technology or related experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Able to work flexible hours and on-call roster
  
  
  

Bonus

• Nice to have experience includes skills in PowerShell scripting, ServiceNow, Citrix Technology, Confluence, software packaging, cloud offerings, GPO, and DNS.
