We’re excited to have recently secured a major contract with Powerco - and with that comes a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Delivery Manager - Construction to join our team in Palmerston North. We welcome applications from those based in the region or open to relocating to the Manawatū.
The Role:
As Delivery Manager - Construction, you will ensure the successful delivery of work programmes with a strong focus on safety, quality, service, and cost efficiency. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to deliver on strategic goals, support growth, and contribute to a high-performing and sustainable business.

- Inspire the teams to achieve operational excellence and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Partner with the Operations Manager to deliver strategic and commercial objectives
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight to ensure the team operates within plan
- Maintain high safety standards and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures
