The job
- Talking to farmers (phone and chat) and solving real problems fast
- Using smart tools and data to spot issues early
- Owning support requests end-to-end
- Playing your part in a support team that’s proactive, fast and genuinely helpful
- You’ve worked in hospo, retail, trades, or support - anywhere you’ve had to think on your feet and work hard
- You’re looking for a proper career shift into something more meaningful
- You bring energy to your team and care about doing things properly
- Full-time, rostered across 7 days
- Regular days off will be either Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday
- Based in our Auckland HQ
- Salary: $77,000 per annum
