Your Impact
We are looking for a highly organised Supply Chain Portfolio Planner to join our dynamic team in this 18-month fixed term contract opportunity. This role is essential in driving the successful delivery of supply chain components for product changes, new product development and value optimisation. Acting as the key liaison between Planning, Logistics, QTS, Procurement, and Project teams, you’ll ensure timely and cost-effective project execution across the supply chain network.

We are looking for a highly organised Supply Chain Portfolio Planner to join our dynamic team in this 18-month fixed term contract opportunity. This role is essential in driving the successful delivery of supply chain components for product changes, new product development and value optimisation. Acting as the key liaison between Planning, Logistics, QTS, Procurement, and Project teams, you’ll ensure timely and cost-effective project execution across the supply chain network.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Supply Chain Planning across NPD and product change projects, contributing to project planning, risk assessments, and Gate paper updates.
- Coordinate raw material planning and procurement activities with suppliers, Procurement, and site teams to ensure timely availability for new launches.
- Manage launch timelines, run-in/run-out strategies, and support obsolescence minimisation for both raw materials and finished goods.
- Work closely with Demand and Site Planning teams to align on launch volumes, ex-DC dates, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication with Project Leads and stakeholders, providing updates and solutions for supply-related issues.
- Monitor and support write-off processes, stock optimisation opportunities, and supply chain readiness for new or changing products.

You Will Have
- Experience in Supply Chain or Planning within FMCG
- ERP system experience
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data handling skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Clear communication and influencing abilities
