With 43 properties across NZ and Fiji, they’re a values-led business in growth mode and they’re looking for a commercially savvy professional to take on this pivotal role as Franchise Commercial Manager.

Based on Auckland’s North Shore, this is a role for someone who thrives on detail, builds strong relationships, and enjoys balancing process with pace. You’ll join a people-first culture and receive full training.

About the role:

Reporting directly to the COO, you’ll be responsible for delivering the Franchise Commercial Support Programme, ensuring franchisees and their properties meet brand, lease, and compliance standards.
This is a broad, multifaceted role covering:

  • Property audits, compliance, and renewals – completed on a 5-year cycle
  • Managing franchise sales, transfers, and new site commissioning
  • Supporting franchisees with approved maintenance programmes
  • Drafting and reviewing commercial documentation
  • Coordinating with legal, valuation, and development stakeholders
  • Reporting on commercial activity and performance to the COO
This role is based 100% on-site at their North Shore office, and you’ll be provided with a company uniform and car park.

About you:
We’re looking for someone who brings more than just industry experience – this role is all about being the right fit for the team and culture.

You’ll bring:
  • A background in property, legal, or commercial leasing
  • Strong project management skills – able to juggle timelines, milestones, and communications
  • High-level attention to detail and strong admin capability
  • Excellent relationship and stakeholder management – able to tailor your style for franchisees, lawyers, suppliers, developers, banks, and brokers
  • A process driven mindset and strong organisational skills
  • Previous experience in multi-site or franchise management would be a bonus
