  • $26.84 phr + Industry allowances!

As Charge Hand, you'll assist the operations team in managing the daily performance of processing staff within the depot. You'll ensure the processes used by the team are efficient so that parcels and letters are processed in a timely and accurate manner, whilst meeting the daily health and safety measures and service performance targets. The Charge Hand is responsible for the daily allocation of tasks making sure that service level agreements are met.

As a Charge Hand You Will Be Required To

  • Work Monday and Saturday midnight to 7.30am; and Tuesday to Friday 12.30am - 7.30am
  • Have a valid forklift certificate or license
  • Lift the daily performance of your team
  • Ensure that courier products, parcels and mail are sorted according to set KPI's and criteria.
  • Work closely with the processing Team Leader to ensure that our operations are consistently smooth, efficient and safe during the shift.
  • Support the staff and give clear directions to the team.
  • Perform daily warehouse tasks as required
