Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective planning strategies.
- Collaborate with Engineers and external parties to ensure project alignment with community and project related needs.
- Analyse data and prepare reports to support planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Experience in writing and preparing RMA planning applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A degree in planning, urban development is essential.
