As a Maintenance Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the proper functioning of our maintenance operations, leading a team of 9 staff members, and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Defect Handling, Breakdown Elimination, and Health Checks Ensure that defect handling, breakdown elimination, and health checks are functioning properly, and conduct at least three health checks per week.
- Team Management Manage team-related tasks, including overtime, holiday, and performance management, and coach and support your team on the shop floor.
- Capital Projects and Maintenance Planning Support capital projects and maintenance planning meetings, define priorities for overhauls, and participate in overhaul meetings.
- Shop Floor Presence Spend 50%/50% of your time on the shop floor, coaching, conducting health checks, and understanding failures.
- Documentation and Training Document maintenance tasks, create standard maintenance procedures (SMPs), and train others on documented procedures to ensure knowledge sharing.
- Administrative Tasks Focus administrative tasks on building systems for sustainable results, including breakdown investigations and capability building.
- Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) Digital Coach and MRE Pillar Support the KHMS Digital Coach for the MRE pillar, implement maintenance strategy, asset criticality, and TBR, and split ownership of MRE chapters among maintenance leads.
- Collaboration Work closely with maintenance technicians and other team members to execute tasks and achieve maintenance goals.
- You have a strong engineering background and experience in maintenance management
- You're a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You're passionate about building sustainable systems and implementing maintenance strategies
