Live Stream Content Director (E-Commerce Platform)

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Live Stream Content Director to lead and oversee the content of our live stream events, ensuring the highest standards of creativity, performance, and audience interaction.

• Lead the planning, direction, and execution of live stream content, including but not limited to themes, structure, and flow.
• Manage and guide the live stream team, including hosts, cameramen, technical staff, etc., ensuring smooth operations in line with company standards.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure live stream content aligns with brand positioning and target audience needs, enhancing audience engagement and conversion rates.
• Ensure that live stream content adheres to New Zealand’s e-commerce platform regulations and legal standards, including but not limited to privacy protection, consumer rights, and advertising compliance.
• Monitor and adjust live stream content in real-time, overseeing the broadcast process to

• Train and guide live stream hosts, improving their performance and interactive skills with the audience.
• Track live stream performance and conduct data analysis, optimizing content planning and improving overall stream quality and audience experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Film Production, Arts, Broadcasting, Media, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of New Zealand's market and platform features (e.g., live streaming for product sales, online interaction) and consumer behaviour.
• Proven track record in successfully creating and managing live stream content that engages viewers and drives sales conversion.
• High degree of creativity and adaptability, with the ability to optimize live stream content to ensure maximum impact and audience engagement.
• Familiarity with New Zealand's e-commerce platform legal regulations and industry guidelines, including advertising compliance, data protection, and consumer rights.
