The role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional with excellent relationship and people skills to join our high performing Property Claims team as a Claims Consultant - Property.

Responsibilities:

• Managing claims in accordance with best practice and within your delegated authority.
• Developing and maintaining customer relationships and customer expectations.
• Developing and maintaining internal and external partnerships.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement

Qualifications and experience:

• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in BAU Commercial & Domestic property claims, with strong technical knowledge.
• A strong team player and proactively taking measures to improve the existing processes.
• Excellent communication & negotiating skills
• Strong technical knowledge of managing end to end claims process for domestic & commercial properties
• Great people skills & strong analytical capabilities to work under pressure within the deadlines.
• The flexibility to adapt and evolve with the business.
