We’re looking for a strategic and customer-focused Senior Product Manager to join our Digital and Team Experience Hub. In this role, you’ll lead product development across multiple squads, driving innovation and delivering value to our customers. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to align product visions, roadmaps, and delivery, ensuring we’re solving the right problems in the right way.

You’ll be a key player in shaping the future of our digital platforms, supporting our product squads and helping to embed a strong product culture across the organisation.

Key skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Proven experience leading product development across multiple squads or domains
• A product thinking mindset
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align product roadmaps with business goals
• Experience with OKRs, product metrics, and performance analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
• Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets
