Our cleaning services are customized to meet the diverse requirements of the clients. Weare not any commercial cleaning company. The health and safety of employees, customers, are our topmost priority. Thus, we use the best cleaning products which are non-toxic and eco- friendly.

Work Location

Work locations are commercial, industrial or residential properties, including schools, offices, hospitals, factories, industrial facilities and construction sites, rural cleaning and domestic Cleaning etc.

Successful commercial cleaners take pride in their work. They see their efforts as important to the clients they serve. It helps to have a strong stomach - being around trash, bathrooms, and the like is often unpleasant. Other important skills for aspiring commercial cleaners to possess include:

Trustworthiness- with access to many rooms, stores, desks, and the like (and often at times when others aren't around), commercial cleaners must be honest

Teamwork- tasks are sometimes performed with others, so good collaboration builds morale and boosts productivity

Time management- commercial cleaners must maintain an awareness of what needs to be done and when Ability to take direction- listening to instructions from a manager or client and following them to a tee is important to meet expectations

No alcohol and drug consumption at work place.

Work is available for 6 days a week.

You may be required to use the company vehicle for work purposes

Work is available for minimum of 30 hours per week, job is mainly after hours when offices and school closes.

The applicant must be able to work in Midday to midnight

You are expected to have class 1 driving licence to operate company vehicles.

Be over the age of 18 years

You are expected to work on multiple sites in the area in a particular day.

Day-to-day:

• Empty containers, bins and trays;

• remove rubbish and recyclable material

• Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines

• Remove dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures

• Apply acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt

• Strip wax from floors, re-wax and polish floors

• Clean and disinfect wet areas and report on defective plumbing fixtures

• Remove residues from machines, ships, furnaces, boilers and tanks

• Sand-blast building exteriors

• Replenish cleaning supplies

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Pay Rate: $26.00 to $30.00/hr

Hours: 30 per week

Schedule: 6 Days/Week

Work Location: Bay Of Plenty
