Role Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a passionate sales team to meet and exceed targets

• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high store standards

• Drive visual merchandising, stock management, and promotional campaigns

• Manage store operations, including rostering, reporting, and inventory

• Train and mentor team members, creating a positive and high-performing culture

• Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations

About You:

• Proven retail management experience (sportswear or fashion preferred) of 2 years

• A diploma in relevant field or any Bachelors degree may substitute the work experience required

• A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Sales-driven with excellent problem-solving ability

• Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about sport and lifestyle brands

• Available for weekend and public holiday work as required
