What’s the role about?
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, this role is responsible for management of our Motor Insurance Claims and Recovery Team.
You will be based in our stunning new central Auckland offices, where you will join a team that is passionate about providing the best experience. This role has flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. Plus, no weekend or night shifts!
About you:
- Proven track record of leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
- An unwavering commitment to putting customers first and a willingness to improve procedures and finding customer-centric solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of key operational performance metrics within a contact centre environment.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer care and communication skills.
- Advanced computer literacy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and technologies.
- Relevant business qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2-5 years prior leadership and claims management experience in the Insurance and Financial Services area
