About the Role
You’ll be a core part of the commercial team—working alongside project managers, engineers, and directors—to drive smart, risk-aware pricing strategies. You’ll produce detailed take-offs, review tender documentation, and help shape proposals that stand out for their value and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Price complex civil works, bulk earthworks, and land development projects ($10M+)
• Lead takeoffs, BOQs, and full tender documentation using CCS Candy
• Identify and present cost-saving methodologies and innovations
• Analyse risks, interpret contract conditions (NZS3910), and support procurement planning
• Work closely with delivery teams through bid and handover

About You

• 8+ years’ experience in civil estimation with a focus on land development and bulk earthworks
• Strong working knowledge of NZS3910 and commercial risk
• Comfortable communicating with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
• Technically confident, methodical, and experienced with CCS Candy
