About the role
We are now recruiting for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join our warm and collaborative national marketing team in our Christchurch office! This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands on experience supporting the delivery of our marketing, communications, and business development initiatives across four offices.
This is an opportunity to become involved in the implementation of the firm's marketing and communications strategy. You’ll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Marketing Executive and wider admin team to coordinate a range of activities that support our brand, client engagement, and internal culture. From supporting events and sponsorships, to preparing digital content and marketing materials, this role is perfect for someone looking to grow their marketing career in a professional services environment.
What you will bring
You will ideally have at least 2 years' experience working in marketing, media or communications following the completion of a relevant qualification. You will be ambitious and be able to engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders. You will have exceptional levels of self-awareness and interpersonal skills and have a proven ability to build strong, influential relationships based on trust. You will be highly responsive, organised and able to manage a wide variety of tasks.
